The purpose of this research is to determine (1) the influence of total quality management on employee performance, (2) the influence of leadership on employee performance, and (3) the influence of total quality management and leadership on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach using primary data through questionnaires and data processing techniques in this research using the help of the Statistical Program for Social Science SPSS 23. The research sample consists of 32 permanent employees at PT Hadji Kalla Toyota Makassar Branch. The results of this research are (1) total quality management can have a significant influence on employee performance, (2) leadership can have a significant influence on employee performance, and (3) total quality management and leadership simultaneously can have a significant influence on employee performance of PT Hadji Kalla Toyota Makassar Branch.
