Abstrak

This study aims to see the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at CV Cahaya Kartika Raya. This study uses quantitative with emphasis on statistical tests and hypotheses. The population in this study amounted to 40 employees of CV Cahaya Kartika Raya and the sample used was Saturated Sampling where the sampling was taken from the entire population, so the sample in this study amounted to 40 employees. The results of the first hypothesis study indicate that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at CV Cahaya Kartika Raya by looking at the t-value of 2.321 which is greater than the it table i2.003 and the sig value is 0.003 <0.05. The second hypothesis shows that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance at CV Cahaya Kartika Raya as seen from the t-value of 2.997 which is greater than the it table 2.003 and the sig value is 0.009 <0.05. The third hypothesis shows that organizational culture and work discipline have a significant simultaneous influence on employee performance at CV Cahaya Kartika Raya
