MEWUJUDKAN KEBERHASILAN KERJA MELALUI PERSEPSI LOCUS OF CONTROL INDIVIDU KARYAWAN SEMEN BUMN

Abstract

This study aims to identify perceptions of attitudes of cement employees of
BUMN in carrying out work to achieve job success. The method for collecting data in
this study uses questionnaires and interviews and analysis techniques with structural
equation models (SEM). The results of this study indicate that the tendency of internal
locus of control owned by most cement employees of BUMN plays an important role as
an employee work stimulus to succeed in his job
