Berbagi Pengetahuan Di Tempat Kerja : Sebuah Kajian Tentang Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia

Studi ini meneliti pengaruh perilaku berbagi pengetahuan—khususnya donasi pengetahuan dan pengumpulan pengetahuan—terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan swasta di Makassar, Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan desain penjelasan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 97 karyawan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi SPSS. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa donasi pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (R² = 0,595), sedangkan pengumpulan pengetahuan juga secara signifikan memengaruhi kinerja (R² = 0,342). Secara simultan, kedua dimensi tersebut menjelaskan 65,8% varians dalam kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini mendukung pandangan berbasis pengetahuan dan teori kapasitas penyerapan, yang menunjukkan bahwa pertukaran pengetahuan proaktif meningkatkan kinerja tugas individu. Studi ini berkontribusi pada literatur manajemen pengetahuan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dengan membedakan dampak donasi dan pengumpulan pengetahuan di tingkat karyawan dalam konteks pasar berkembang. Implikasi manajerial menyoroti pentingnya membina budaya kolaboratif dan mekanisme berbagi pengetahuan yang terstruktur di dalam organisasi.
