Dinamika Perputaran Modal Kerja dan Dampaknya terhadap Profitabilitas Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman di Indonesia

Abstract

: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perputaran kas, perputaran piutang, dan perputaran persediaan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014–2021. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi data panel. Sampel penelitian ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan menghasilkan 5 perusahaan dengan total 32 observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan perputaran kas, piutang, dan persediaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Secara parsial, perputaran kas dan piutang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA, sedangkan perputaran persediaan menunjukkan pengaruh yang bervariasi tergantung pada kondisi operasional perusahaan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa efisiensi pengelolaan modal kerja merupakan determinan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman.
